Our bride was the “social” captain of their kickball team. Elizabeth would get the team together before every game for team bonding. One season, Harrison and his friend, Nick, signed up for a kickball team as free agents. They received an email from Elizabeth before the first game inviting them to the pregame. Nick knocked on the door and Harrison waltzed right in. Elizabeth introduced herself and for the first time, Harrison heard his name in a Jersey accent.
Many games and home-runs later, Harrison invited Elizabeth to float the river. They grabbed their friends, some tubes, and hit the rapids. Towards the end of the float, the gang split. Elizabeth decided to follow Harrison’s route and they giggled the rest of the way. The giggling continued through many Carolina summers, football seasons, and watching their dogs become the best of friends.
Five years later, Harrison asked Elizabeth’s dad for his blessing. Harrison planned the most dreamy proposal on the beach, watching the sunset, and popping the champagne.
Our bride, groom, Bandit and Kahlua are ready to start their forever together!
